Welcome to the Unlock @ Home helpdesk

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Reponse time
We strive to respond all tickets within 2 - 8 hours, however due to time zone differences and of course weekends and holidays this can sometimes be longer. Please also keep up to date via our Blog we will announce any significant delays in response time there (for example due to travel or holidays).

Important SPAM information
Some people have trouble receiving our email, when you open a ticket we will always send you a confirmation email with your ticket ID number and url where you can check your ticket. If you do not receive this email your spam filter or that from your provider is blocking our email. The fault is not at our side but at the receiving end. To minimise the chance of this happening white list our email addresses: sales@unlockathome.com and support@unlockathome.com. If you still have trouble contact your email provider and check your email settings.
