I didn't receive my product login

We always send the product login instantly so if you haven't received your product login within 2 hours please do the following:

- Carefully check your Spam filter AND Junk box (not the same thing!)

If our email is not there then your email provider blocked our email due to overaggressive spam filters or just poorly configured email server settings. In this case please do following:

- Search google for 'How to white list email for xxxx' where 'xxxx' is your email provider and then white list our email addresses: sales@unlockathome.com AND support@unlockathome.com. Or contact your email provider directly and ask them to white list the above mentioned email addresses.

- After you are sure you can receive our emails go to our contact page and open a support ticket indicating you haven't received your product login. Please provide us with your email address used to make the payment and tell us which product your bought.

We will then resend you the product login.

Please understand it is not our responsibility to make your email working. We always send out the emails we can't do much more then that.
