What is unlock by IMEI

Unlocking by IMEI

Unlock by IMEI is the same as unlock by codes only then not some free (reset) codes which can seriously damage your phone but the official unlock codes as they would also be given to you by your Network provider (only then a lot cheaper and faster).

When using unlock by IMEI you need to provide us with some data of the phone such as the IMEI. You obtain the IMEI of the phone by typing *#06#, the IMEI is a world wide unique number. You can also find the IMEI on the sticker bellow the battery and often also printed on the box in which you bought the phone. Depending on your phone brand we might require some additional information such as phone model and sometimes some other data.

Based on the information you provide the unlock codes are retrieved from a big database (most of the time) and in some rare cases they are calculated with some complex algorithms.

When the unlock (& unfreeze) codes come available these will be send to your email address including the instructions on how to enter them on your phone.
